Nicolas Kanellopoulos Managing Partner of our Law Firm participated as a speaker at the event «Unlocking Investment Opportunities in Central Railway Stations and Infrastructure», held on October 22 at Athens Conservatoire by ΓΑΙΑΟΣΕ Α.Ε./GAIAOSE S.A. S.A. as part of Prodexpo 2025, the leading annual Real Estate event.
ΓΑΙΑΟΣΕ Α.Ε./GAIAOSE S.A., a subsidiary of Growthfund, the National Fund of Greece, opens the dialogue on the redevelopment of Greece’s Central Railway Stations. Mr. Kanellopoulos, representing NKLaw Firm, which serves as the legal advisor to the projects, referred to them as landmark initiatives that will become points of reference for both areas, enhancing their image to the benefit of citizens and the economy.
