Professional experience

Handling of legal cases and legal support concerning:

  • Public Law (Administrative Law, Administrative Procedural Law, Public Procurement): Conducting research on legal issues, legislation and case-law to support ongoing cases, advising clients (natural persons as well as legal entities) on the best tactics to take, drafting and reviewing various legal documents, collaborating with the heads of multinational corporations with respect to public procurement contracts while providing legal support regarding their participation as bidders in public tenders ensuring the most profitable outcome, drafting and lodging numerous preliminary appeals before the Hellenic Single Public Procurement Authority (H.S.P.P.A.) for disputes arising during the bidding procedure of public procurement;
  • Managing a diverse caseload of court cases relating to Criminal Law: White-Collar crimes (Money laundering, Embezzlement, Fraud, Extortion), certain sexual offences (Possession of Indecent Images), offences against personal freedom (Human Trafficking), Drug trafficking/distribution, Intentional Homicide, Hazardous Injury etc. as well as Civil Law: matters falling within the scope of Family Law, Real Rights, Law of Obligations, Tort Law etc., drafting and reviewing a great number of legal documents, participating in court hearings and negotiations;
  • Providing legal advice in Real Estate management (buying, securities, leases) as well as in Immigration Law;
  • Proceeding to all necessary legal actions for the benefit of clients with respect to the debt settlement of Over-indebted households (Law 3869/2010) by providing legal support to them at all relevant stages and by representing them before the competent courts, Loan settlement, Red loans, Out-of-court settlement of debts;
  • Translating legal documents from English / French into Greek and vice versa.
