We are pleased to announce that NKLAW provided high-level and highly demanding legal support services in connection with the sale and purchase of a property owned by ELLAKTOR S.A.
The property, an office building with a total area of approximately 12,229 sq.m., was sold following a competitive tender process conducted by The Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations S.A. (HCAP)/Strategic Contracts Unit, in order to house the facilities of the “Athena” Research Center, one of the country’s most important research and innovation institutions.
The total transaction value amounted to €18.950 million.
The “Athena” Research Center operates in cutting-edge fields of digital technology, such as artificial intelligence, data science, information systems, and robotics. It is one of Greece’s leading public technology research institutions, employing approximately 1,000 people, the majority of whom are IT specialists and scientists in the natural sciences.
