Under this year’s central theme — “Systems Prevail. Alignment Wins. Power Compounds.” — the Summit brought together senior government officials, military leaders, industry executives, and institutional investors to address the most critical question facing European defence today: how to convert unprecedented capital commitments into real, deployable capability at the speed that security demands.
With Greece allocating 3% of GDP to defence and activating an approximately multi-year €30 billion armament programme, and with Europe mobilising €800 billion through its Readiness Plan, the legal, regulatory, and financial architecture underpinning this transformation has never been more important.
