Nicolas Kanellopoulos, Managing Partner of our Law Firm and Secretary General of the (OPEMED), joined the panel discussion “From Litigation to Alternative Dispute Resolution” as part of the conference “Justice: A Foundation for Growth and Prosperity”.
The event which was successfully held on Tuesday, September 23rd at the Athens Conservatoire was co-organized by the Council of State, the Supreme Court of Greece , The Hellenic Court of Audit, The Hellenic Federation of Enterprises – SEV, the Greek Law Firms Association (SDEE), and the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
The conversation focused on how Alternative Dispute Resolution contributes to a more effective and accessible justice system. Among the esteemed speakers on the panel were:
