We are pleased to announce that Nicolas Kanellopoulos, Managing Partner, of our Law Firm, participated as a speaker at Panel III of the 4th Greek Corporate Governance Summit on: “Corporate Governance and Risk Management.”, held by ethosEVENTS on 26 February 2026.
Mr. Kanellopoulos highlighted the evolving role of the Board of Directors in an environment characterized by complex and interconnected risks, emphasizing the necessity of a shift from formal compliance to proactive and strategic risk management.
