Data Protection, Cybersecurity & Technology

  • Participated in compliance programs under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679), conducted Information Security audits (ISO 27001), and provided legal advice on digital product requirements and platform liability.
  • Contributed to legal due diligence procedures for M&As and international partnerships, with a focus on Data Protection, Cybersecurity, and Intellectual Property law.
  • Provided full legal support to the Data Protection Officer (DPO) of a public listed multinational company (serving as In-House Legal & Compliance Counsel), facilitating regulatory compliance throughout the Group.
  • Delivered legal support on Regulatory Compliance matters, licensing procedures and monitoring of legislative and regulatory developments – among others – in IT Law and Emerging Technologies.

Corporate, Commercial & Intellectual Property Law

  • Represented a listed multinational company in Public Tenders, in cooperation with internal business units and external legal advisors.
  • Drafted, reviewed and negotiated contracts including those related to ICT Law and Intellectual Property.
