(HPPC) with full legal support throughout the highly demanding process of leasing the popular beach, which attracts thousands of visitors all year round. Four strong business entities submitted offers as part of the Second Phase of the Tender Procedure conducted by the Hellenic Public Properties Company (HPPC/ΕΤΑΔ) , a subsidiary of the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF), for the long-term lease of “Akti Vouliagmenis” beach, including the existing building facilities.
