Eirini I. Riga, Senior Associate in the Data Protection Department of our Law Firm, had the honour to participate in the 29th Panhellenic Conference of the Association of Criminal Lawyers and Struggling Lawyers, co-organized with the Observatory of Institutions, Culture and Development of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, following the honorary invitation of the Association.
During the conference, issues related to the modern role of AI in Justice were analysed and her presentation was on “Challenges of Legitimacy and Transparency in the Processing of Personal Data by Artificial Intelligence Models”.
