Chara Zerva, Managing Partner of our Law Firm, General Legal Counsel & BoD Legal Advisor at Enterprise Greece SA, representing the organization, participated as a speaker in the panel discussion on “Empowering Greek Enterprises: the contribution of SEV, EVEA and ENTERPRISE GREECE to Sustainability, of the 15th Annual Capital Link Sustainability Forum: “Is Sustainability viable?”, held under the Auspices of SEV Hellenic Federation of Enterprises, the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry – ACCI, supported by CSR Hellas, on Thursday June 5th, 2025, at Divani Caravel Hotel Athens.
The 15th Annual Capital Link Sustainability Forum, with the esteemed participation of senior government, public and private sector representatives, focuses on their efforts to implement sustainability strategies in critical sectors of the Greek economy, while challenging the sustainability of relevant obligations offset in the European legislations.
Ms Zerva provided an overview of how the concept of sustainability is embedded in the planning and assessment processes of strategic investments, with a particular emphasis on the regulatory requirements stemming from the CSRD directive, as well as efforts of Enterprise Greece to transfer expertise and networking to Greek legal entities.
The panel was moderated by GEORGE VASSALAKIS, Partner – DVLaw, with the participation of Rania Ekaterinari (Aikaterinari), President of the Executive Committee & Vice Chair SEV Federation of Enterprises and Dimitris Dimitriou, General Secretary Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry ACCI.
