(7-10 July, Athens)

 

Chara Zerva, Managing Partner of our Law Firm, General Legal Counsel and BoD Legal Advisor at Enterprise Greece S.A. participated as a speaker at the 1st Global Summit of Hellenic Lawyers 2025 under the theme “Safeguarding Democracy, Rule of Law and Justice: Global Challenges and the Role of AI”, held on July 7-10 in Athens by the Plenary of the Greek Bar Associations in collaboration with the Hellenic Australian Lawyers Association, the Hellenic Lawyers Association of New York and the Cyprus Bar Association. The Summit was organized under the auspices of H.E. the President of the Hellenic Republic Mr. Constantine An. Tassoulas.


On day 4,  Mrs Zerva took part as a guest speaker at the key panel “Navigating Issues of Common Interest for the Greek Diaspora: Inheritance, Identity, Citizenship, and Investing in Greece” which was moderated by Mr George N. Zapantis, Chairman, Hellenic Lawyers Association of New York and Principal of “The Law Office of George N. Zapantis”, with the participation of Professor Lambros Kitsaras, Associate Professor of Civil Law, Democritus University of Thrace and Mrs Vasiliki Anyfanti, Attorney at law, Managing Partner “Abroad Law-Anyfanti and Partners Law firm”.

She had the opportunity to share her insightful perspectives around the Greek investment legal framework, the available investment schemes and strategic investment categories as well as and the incentives tools available for start-ups and sms’.
