• Commercial and Corporate law matters (i.e. incorporation of foreign and offshore corporations – establishment and revocation of establishment of foreign corporations / establishment of branches in Greece – commercial agreements, collaboration agreements, work contracts etc.)
• Representing Banks on cases concerning financing for individuals/ corporation from banking institutions, including securities – mortgages (mortgage’s notices)
• Advising corporate clients on compliance issues regarding General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016 (L. 4624/2019) known as GDPR.
• Representing clients in debt collection cases and enforcement proceedings before Greek civil courts.
• Representing of individuals before Greek civil courts in “Over-Indebted Households” cases, concerning the implementation of L. 3869/2010, known as Katselis’ Law.
• Advising individuals and representing them before Greek civil courts on family law disputes (custody of child, alimony, violation of court’s decision, etc.).
• Representing corporate and individual clients in financial leasing disputes and enforcement proceedings before Greek civil courts.
