Professional Experience

  • Legal Advisor to contracting Authorities. Dealing with issues of public procurement, co-funding national and international programmes, as well as appeals and provisionary measures before the administrative courts (November 2013 until today).
  • Legal Advisor to the Secretary General of the Ministry of Justice, Transparency and Human Rights (July 2011 to November 2013).
  • Member of the Board of Directors of the “Judicial Buildings Financing Fund’’ (July 2011 to October 2013).
  • Member of the Working Group established at the Ministry of Justice, Transparency and Human Rights, amending provisions of the Civil Code and the Code of Civil Procedure, as incorporated in Law.4055/2012 “For Fair Trial and its reasonable duration”.
  • Member of the Ministry of Justice Working Group for the adoption of a system of mandatory administrative appeals as an intermediary level of examining the actions of the Administration with no judicial intervention (January 2013 to June 2013).
  • Representative of the Ministry of Justice , Transparency and Human Rights in the workshop of the Task Force of the European Committee for Greece (EC Task Force for Greece), held in Vienna , concerning the legislative framework of European countries for commercial and household insolvency (May 2012).
  • Specialized in issues of civil procedure, accounting and public procurement, mergers of public interest incorporation, as well as household and commercial insolvency in Europe
  • Legal assistance to the Secretary General of the Ministry of Justice, Transparency and Human Rights, regarding public procurement and interim measures.

  • Legal Consultant of the President of the Greek National Tourist Organization. Dealing with various issues of tourism legislation (touristic licensing procedures, international media, and public tender procedures) and public contracts (from January 2010 to July 2011).
  • Legal support to the President of GNTO regarding the process of tourism legislation.
  • Member of a working group set up in GNTO regarding the reform of the institutional framework of the administrative licensing of the ski centers.
